A wide range of opportunities for educators, athletes, artists, and creative leaders.
Travel with campers throughout Israel and serve as a primary role model, supporting their daily experiences, group dynamics, and personal growth over the course of the five-week program.
Serve as the senior staff leader for a bus, overseeing the safety, organization, and overall experience of the group throughout the Israel trip. Guide and support the counselors, foster a positive and cohesive group dynamic, and ensure a meaningful, well-run, and inspiring journey for all participants.
Capture and share the Sulam experience through high-quality photos and videos that tell the story of the summer.
