Staff Positions

A wide range of opportunities for educators, athletes, artists, and creative leaders.

Madrich

Travel with campers throughout Israel and serve as a primary role model, supporting their daily experiences, group dynamics, and personal growth over the course of the five-week program. Give daily chabura to an assigned and consistent group of Amcha campers.

Senior Staff Member

Apply for one of our Amcha Boys Senior Staff members, including Head Madrich, supporting recruitment efforts, program development, and madrich management.

Amcha Rebbe

Serve as a primary spiritual and educational leader for the Amcha program, fostering meaningful relationships with campers and staff while guiding their religious growth throughout the trip. Deliver engaging daily shiurim and provide ongoing mentorship, helping to shape a thoughtful, inspiring, and values-driven Israel experience.
