Staff Positions

A wide range of opportunities for educators, athletes, artists, and creative leaders.

Counselor

Live in the bunk and serve as a primary role model, supporting campers’ daily routines, activities, and overall growth throughout the summer.

Yachad Counselor

Support campers with special needs in a highly rewarding and inclusive environment through our partnership with Yachad (application handled through the Yachad Summer program).

Learning Track Counselor

Serve as a full-time bunk counselor while participating in a built-in daily learning program designed for post–Shana Aleph staff.

Athletics

Coach, organize, and officiate a wide range of sports while helping campers develop skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Day Camp Counselor

Work with younger campers in Morasha’s Day Camp, leading activities and care during the day with a structured schedule ending at 5:30 pm each day.

Tennis

Provide private and group tennis instruction while fostering skill development and a love of the game.

Aquatics

Ensure a safe and enjoyable waterfront experience through lifeguarding, boating supervision, and swim instruction. Requires LGT certification.

Creative Arts

Lead hands-on programming in areas like crafts, ceramics, culinary arts, and woodworking, encouraging creativity and self-expression.

Fitness

Run engaging fitness activities including aerobics, dance, yoga, or gymnastics that promote health and energy.

Performing Arts

Guide campers in drama or music through practice, productions, recording, and/or creative performance opportunities.

Tech

Maintain and support camp technology systems, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and infrastructure.

Adventure (Mishlachat Staff)

Lead outdoor adventure programming such as climbing, archery, paintball, and IsraelXP, building confidence and excitement through experiential activities.

Media Team (Photography or Videography)

Capture and share the Morasha experience through high-quality photos and videos that tell the story of the summer.

Canteen

Manage and operate the camp canteen, providing a fun and welcoming space for campers to relax and enjoy snacks.

Operations (Warehouse)

Support the logistical backbone of camp by managing inventory, supplies, and distribution across campus.
