Kehillas Yaakov is about building a kehilla \u2013 a community grounded in the belief that a summer in a wholesome and uplifting environment plays a significant role in shaping a child\u2019s relationship with Torah and avodas Hashem, his middos, and his relationships with others.<\/h3>\n

Through a first-rate camp experience, with outstanding programming, exceptional staff who serve as role models, and a high level of professionalism, MKY aims to cultivate an atmosphere that is full of positive energy and growth.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, we are excited to also announce that the esteemed Morasha Kollel will be relocating to reside at the center of the MKY campus, serving as the heartbeat of the camp\u2019s inspiration and Torah learning. Under the leadership of Rav Mordechai Willig and Rav Yitzchak Cohen, Morasha Kollel has established itself as a historic makom Torah with a rich legacy, and its vibrant beis medrash will become a central part of the camp environment.<\/p>\n

WHY ARE WE OPENING MKY?<\/h4>\n

Over the past few years, we\u2019ve heard from many families (many of whom are alumni of Camp Morasha) who are looking for a single gender, full-summer camp experience that combines strong structure, thoughtful programming, and a warm, growth-oriented environment. MKY is our answer to that need.<\/p>\n

\u05ea\u05d5\u05e8\u05d4 \u05e6\u05d5\u05d4 \u05dc\u05e0\u05d5 \u05de\u05e9\u05d4, \u05de\u05d5\u05e8\u05e9\u05d4 \u05e7\u05d4\u05dc\u05ea \u05d9\u05e2\u05e7\u05d1 \u2013 The name itself tells the story. Kehillas Yaakov is the natural continuation, rooted in those same values, while creating a distinct environment with its own identity and character.<\/p>\n

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MORASHA & MKY<\/h4>\n

Simply put: this strengthens everything we do. Kehillas Yaakov will benefit from the same administrative leadership, values, and commitment to excellence that define Morasha.<\/p>\n
