QHow do I purchase BunkMail credits and send e-mails?

Purchasing email credits and writing emails is easy! Simply click on the "Buy Credits " on the left menu to purchase a package of e-mails. Once a package is purchased, you can send e-mails by clicking "Compose."

QIs this the same login as MyMorasha / CampMinder?

Nope! Our Bunkmail system is totally separate from your MyMorasha account.

QWhen is BunkMail delivered each day?

A

BunkMail is delivered daily to each campus and distributed during mail time. Mail time is typically during afternoon snack (5:45 pm EST).

QHow often is BunkMail delivered?

A

BunkMail is delivered daily EXCEPT for Shabbat and major Trip Days.

QWhen is the daily deadline for BunkMail submission for my letter to be delivered tomorrow?

A

E-mails submitted before 12:00 AM PST (3:00 AM EST) are included in the next day's delivery.

QI can't remember my username and/or password? My password isn't working?

Please check the e-mail confirmation that was sent to make sure you are inputting the correct e-mail and password. Keep in mind that passwords are CASE SENSITIVE and should be entered exactly the same way you did at registration. You can also click the "forgot password" link at sign-in to choose a new password.

QCan campers respond via e-mail?

BunkMail is a one-way system. We encourage campers to write home often.

QHow do I store the camper's information for future e-mails?

A

Once you add a camper (Name, bunk, etc) once, he or she will automatically be stored for future e-mails.

QCan I send one e-mail to multiple campers at the same time?

A

Yup! Just add the campers names in the "To" section and the same e-mail will be sent to all the campers.
